I would not write him off entirely yet but he looks more like Kone...ability wised.
I don't think anyone is thinking he's gonna pull up trees or be the next Thierry Henry (I doubt he's even as "good" as Kone in all honesty) but his price tag isn't helping him.

If he'd been £1.5m then i could see him having an easier ride. Of course the fee isn't his doing....

As I said earlier, reminds me of Brett Angell.

He has trained with the club for 3 months now. The worrying thing is even the new manager cut lost this summer we will get around £7/8m max. Terrible, terrible business for Everton.

Everton's version of Boselli.

Why on earth did we sell Naismith to buy him and fork up an extra 5 million is beyond comprehension. He did really try and made a few(3) good passes but he was poor overall

Thought it was spot on myself

He was awful

Let's be fair, he was understandably below average to OK.
I liked the part where he pressed the opposition and a few good plays he made, but he does look very out of touch.

Let's be fair really he's a professional footballer and as such should look like one

two passes to a blue shirt doesn't constitute an ok performance in my eyes

Sure, I guess I might have lowered the bar based on the crap we've been seeing from the team. I do think with better coaching he can be much more useful than what we saw today.

Some coaching

Some devine intervention

And an absolute miracle yeah maybe

.....perhaps the price tag isn't so bad if we deduct the £8m we got for Naismith.
