Another Bill kenwright success story well played bill..

Now is that sarcastic in saying-

1/.it was waste of money in first place

Or

2/.expert board member backing manager and then getting rid of his mess after firing him and then backing new manager at his own cost

What do you think

55k. Was earning no more than 20 in Russia. Guarantee he doesn't see all of that and either someone at Everton or his agent takes a good % of his weekly wage.

From memory i think he was on no more than 8k pw mate at Lokomotiv

Unless your a high profile signing - Witsel, Hulk etc or one of the home grown Russian quota players - then the wages are generally pretty low for the rest of the foreign players there

I struggle to pay my season ticket off each month yet this clown is earning £55,000 A WEEK.

Makes me physically sick.

...it does put it in perspective. Unfortunately there are lots of very rich young men out there who can be described as very average and very lucky footballers. Not worth dwelling on.

Thi signing honestly should have cost a few people there jobs mate (Martinez not included)

I would agree if he had been the bad apple in the dressing room or was a disruptive influence at the club, but he hasn't. He has come into the club done what is asked of him, and sadly for him and Us he has fell short of expectations. The actions against him were unnecessary and should never of been pushed out in the media, it was unfair and unnecessary of RK. My belief is that this should of been handled within the club and the player told he wasn't needed and to look for a club, he could then of been used as he has been and it could of been spun he was fighting for a place...taking the locker off him was just a pointless action.
I just hope you aren't a school teacher as any kid not up to your standards would be kicked out of your class
You know the problem with your last line? The one about being a school teacher, you know why that's a load of crap? Because Niasse is a grown man. Football players live outside the real world and never have to comply to normal standards, they can't be sacked like you or I would if we we're found out to be a laughing stock at our job's. I don't see any comparison at all between a child struggling in class and a professional footballer not making the grade. If I was making what he is I'm happy to say that I wouldn't give a shiny one how the manager treated me. I'd actually find it hilarious that my 'punishment' was not being given a locker and not allowed to train with the first team. Life can be nasty and as a footballer he'll never have to live with the harsher lessons about like that in work so toughen up would be my advice to Niasse.

Problem is if you value a player at what we paid you then cant say you only get 15k a week. Players want what they are worth, a value we put on his head with that crazy fee.

It's not a question of how much their paid, really it isn't. Its just that I can't find it in myself to feel sorry for anyone making that kind of cash if the only problem they have is they haven't been given a locker and made to train with the kids.
