Didn't RM said he had been tracking him for ages? And this "need time to adapt" excuse just came up once RM realised Niasse was a bit crap. We don't spend £13.5m on someone who needs time to adapt. He needs to get into the starting lineup right away.

It didnt work out, we look like we are getting rid. Everton will carry on and hopefully Niasse gets his career back on track. Thats football.

Kevin Reeves spend 5 days scouting him and he was due to play a training tournament in the Canary Islands where we could have watched him in 3 games before signing him, but we signed him before (actually much earlier than announced). RM never saw him play, and after 3 days in training everybody had made their mind up.

Mate he made it to one of English football's most decorated teams, I think he must know a thing or two about football. He honestly can't have made fool of all managers/teams he played for.

I hope the lad does well ,10m will be an absolute bonus because most of us on here were advocating giving him away just to save the wages.

10M in this day is like 5M. Even if he scores half a dozen goals and bags a couple of assists I think he'd have silenced all the doubters (Koeman included).

Yet he managed to score regularly and hold his own in the U23's, the same level Holgate and Davies play.

He may not be a very good footballer but that is an absurd statement to make.
