I don't won't him back , from what I've seen of him although he has an eye for goal ,he doesn't have much else to his game. As others have said 'a poor mans Lukaku'. He is nowhere close to being top of the table material.
We have young players coming through who I would much rather see given game time. Furthermore if we are going to challenge the current top six I would hope we will be strengthening our forward line with at least one quality addition.
He has found his level ,I hope we leave him there.

True enough; I didn't rate him, but thought he got a raw deal...He didn't sign himself etc...from Koeman. Hull must by now see some value in him.

I think it might be a case of 'No reasonable offer refused'.

If he comes back we have to pay him 50K per week / 2.6M a year for 3(?) yrs...He's had about 4M off us now - well enough to keep his girlfriend in the Manchester apartment in bling.
If we want to perceiver with a striker that may or may not make it, surely we must have other in house candidates on less money we can give an extended run to.
50k seems excessive for what may very well turn out to be a very expensive over age U23 player - no matter how many goals he scores there.

He's found his level? As is a goal scoring premier league striker?
To me he appears a decent goalscorer, and a barely average player. His level is at a team whose main aim is to survive in the premiership and maybe spawn a cup, e.g. Hull. If we have pretensions to challenge the top of the table , he is nowhere near good enough.

Well done Oumar, good work!

Okay.

Just suppose, for whatever reason, Omar decides not to stay at Hull and he wants to come back and fight for a place at the Grand Old Team.

Would we think Ronald would be justified in adhering to his current stance of giving the eponymous player neither squad number or locker?

For the record, I don't think he would be justified ;)
I think he would be justified. He's the manager and has made it clear he doesn't want Niasse so the lad needs to move on. Should he be foolish enough to put himself on a collision course with the Koeman he can't really have any complaints when the manager spells it out clearly that he isn't wanted. I hope Niasse goes on to have a good career elsewhere but it won't happen here and I think he knows this. Better for all parties to part ways with as little animosoty as possible.

He's scored a few goals and played well enough I think to make sure another club will come in for him in the summer, perhaps he'll even get to stay in the PL.

He's done alright for himself has Oumar. Don't want to see him in our kit again but good luck to him wherever he ends up settling at.
