Okay.

Just suppose, for whatever reason, Omar decides not to stay at Hull and he wants to come back and fight for a place at the Grand Old Team.

Would we think Ronald would be justified in adhering to his current stance of giving the eponymous player neither squad number or locker?

For the record, I don't think he would be justified ;)

It's a weird one Khal. He's shown that he's got goals in him playing for an utterly terrible side...which for me is harder to do. I mean I know he looked awful in the brief cameos he had in an Everton shirt, but clearly he's not as bad as he appeared. So if someone doesn't meet our valuation, I don't see why we wouldn't retain him...or loan him out again.

Obviously he did something to make the Manager feel like he didn't deserve a shirt or a locker, so who really knows the dynamic there.

I don't won't him back , from what I've seen of him although he has an eye for goal ,he doesn't have much else to his game. As others have said 'a poor mans Lukaku'. He is nowhere close to being top of the table material.
We have young players coming through who I would much rather see given game time. Furthermore if we are going to challenge the current top six I would hope we will be strengthening our forward line with at least one quality addition.
He has found his level ,I hope we leave him there.

He's found his level? As is a goal scoring premier league striker?
