Nice little interview with Oumar on Sky Sports. Very end of last transfer window Koeman tried to sell him to Palace. Palace wanted him but our Oumar said 'No thanks, I'm glad just to be back at Everton.'.
Just imagine were we'd be if he he'd signed for palace. They'd definitely be further up the table and we'd be in the bottom three....this weekend could well of been the weekend we were put bottom of the prem by Niasse himself for palace. I'm so glad he stayed.

Everything for a reason as they say....

Never been so happy to see a fella turn it round. In his short time before going on loan to Hull he was in contention for worst Everton player of modern times. I used to think he was whinging a bit over the locker and his treatment too.

Turns out he’s absolute class off the field and currently one of our best players on it. We clearly need a new striker soon as. But I’m so pleased to be proved wrong.

Very dignified again, said the reason he didn't leave should remain between Palace and him. Wasn't exactly fulsome in his assessment of Silva, says he was a good guy and would make a good manager in a couple of years.

Same here. He was a figure of fun to me for so long, but I've come full circle and now actually full on love the guy. He is by no means the greatest footballer in the world, but he's the one I get the most pleasure out of seeing do well.

Showed a lot of humility and respect in that interview.

Heard someone say in a podcast about the way he's not got the most ability but what he does have he tries to get as much out of it as he can. Makes you happy to have someone like that at Everton.

From what I've seen, he simply knows how to play the striker position whereas Dom is still learning. I don't expect a million miracles from him, but he should get the job done. He already has a great track record in limited appearances this season, so we shall go off of that until proven otherwise.
