Can't see him being much worse than valencia, who was deemed good enough.
Koeman is a proud man who wont ever deem him good enough if he scored a hatrick every match, he said that. His goals for hull meant he should have been given a chance to train with the first team at least. He scored some important goals for hull against big teams too, more goals than the 90m ex evertonian striker managed against the big clubs. Not saying he is a player id choose to have here but he is here now and he has some useful attributes and knows where the net is. Could have been a useful squad player in a team that has alot of games forthcoming and is light on strikers.

However, Koeman did not think the same.

The truth is he did not even set Hull alight. 4 goals but so what he may be doing fine in the Championship. Hull did not even buy him. His refusal to leave England last summer caused him the locker and I have no sympathy on him. If a player is not good enough he isn't good enough. And if the manager had told him he was not wanted why insisting on staying put?
