Think Phil McNulty's latter point is true with this.

I think koeman was happy about the board and that they did try to get the striker in, but none of the 2 on the list came trough, so Koeman didnt want to go further down the picking list, cause then we could do just as well with the strikers we have.

Love it, Amo 2.
Or it could end up like this lol

eve v arse.webp

Nope, but if Koeman decided to then I would trust his judgement (but it's obvious he's not going too)

Niasse get's a lot of grief, one thing about the lad though that nobody can fault, he just got on with everything he was told to do, no whinging, just got his head down and got on with it, and even though it was for the U23s, he still played with a smile on his face.

Waits for someone to say "earning that kind of money, I would be playing with a smile on my face"
Fair enough, but think about it, what kind of players tend to throw their toys out of the pram / go on strike / kick up a fuss?

I'll tell you who...talented players in demand - coerced by their agents to do so.

Unfortunately nobody wants poor Oumar. Even this statement by Ronko today is a dig at the top brass for not getting in better quality strikers.

I wish he was a better player but I don't think he is. I hope he can prove me wrong...
