Think that was taken in the early 60`s, the curve in the terracing behind the goals were put in for the 66 world cup a few years before that to accommodate photographer behind the goals, and the flat roof on the Bullens road was done for the world cup too.

After the war United played home games at Maine road for a while due to the damage at OT.

I think United played a home game in the FA cup at Goodison beating Liverpool 3-0, I think, in the 1940’s.
