Dyche deserves more time. He saved us before and he can do so again. The PL and the RS would love to see us relegated and love to see us turn on our own players and our own manager, but we shall not be moved.

A real shocker that a team with Kudus, Paqueta, Bowen and Ward-Prowse on set-pieces scored more than one with DCL, McNeil, Harrison and Garner.

I’m so tired of the “he saved us so deserves time” shouts. He HELPED keep us up, but his record is awful and his football for the large majority of time is worse! Just because we were rubbish in seasons gone by, doesn’t mean we should accept battling for survival once again. I want to enjoy going to the match again and I want to see a coach leading the players and us, who has aspirations to get us to the very top. Those aspirations might never materialise, but wouldn’t it be refreshing to hear those in charge talk about “We’re Everton and we’re here to win the league!” And before you hammer me for that, I know I know the chances of that happening in the short term are slimmer than a super model on a diet, but I want someone to come in and instill belief and ambition that goes beyond just surviving and not just be, “oh well we weren’t very good even before I got here!”.
