Charlie Sweet
Player Valuation: £35m
On that list Bielsa is the only one I'd consider.
Lee Carsley is the stand out choice though for me.

Having an international break and derby as the first game might help. Would be an instant crowd favourite if they beat the RS.There’s something very wrong at Chelsea which is causing Pochettino to fail there too now so I don’t think Potter’s results there should take the shine off what he did previously
However there’s also something very wrong here and I don’t know if there’s anyone who can truly fix it until we have a new board and proper financial backing in place
Dyche can’t beat poor teams who sit back but I think we’ll get enough points beating mid teams that ‘have a go’ to stay up because fortunately the league is a worse standard than last season. I don’t know who comes in right now and immediately makes things better to be honest

That’s not that difficult to work out for someHow's he moving up a level if he joins us? lol
Carsley has only managed international youth level and a few interim spells at clubs. The thought of him being handed the Everton job is insane. He's doing good work by all accounts but he has to go and prove himself at club level in League One / Championship or a similar level before he could be considered for a prem job. Remember, at England U21, he literally has the best young players in the country at his disposal.
Loved the guy as a player though.
So when we sack dyche, do we get dyche mk 11? And this is why the dof should pick the manager and build the squad.Jeez, potter is a good manager. However this is not the squad for him. We keep going from one manager type and style to
Another with no continuation.
I still think Dyche will pull a rabbit out the hat, although the Luton game was shambolic, and accept he has 5 games to do it now
Get what you mean mate but the two top teams in the league at the moment have managers who's first two roles in senior club management were Barcelona and Arsenal where they've been massive successes. I don't think that club experience is completely necessary, even Xabi Alonso is doing a terrific job at Leverkusen in his first senior management role.
The one thing that you do need though if you're going to have a manager with little experience, is have a very good infrastructure through the club. That we don't have and it's the only reason why I'd be a little more cautious with Carsley.

Seem obsessed as a club with bringing in players/managers with prem experience. They haven't really worked.
I'd like them to think outside the box for once. See how that pans out. I don't know. Just wouldn't rule Carsley out off the bat.

We need someone to come in who both can coach a Premier League football team to at least a comfortably mid-table standard AND is enough of a force of nature to overcome all the built-up negativity. Is Potter that guy? Seems he failed a similar test just now. There’s something very wrong at Chelsea which is causing Pochettino to fail there too now so I don’t think Potter’s results there should take the shine off what he did previously
