Iraola has parts of Bielsa while also bring in own pragatism he seems to have too from the first impression

Checked him out he seems to find a good balance between defense and offense as well, something Bielsa can't do.

As a baggie what I love most about corberan is his willingness to change things when they don’t work, he’s not stubborn in the tactics or the players, he realises that the way he wants to play won’t always work

That's what I read from youtube, there is Bielsa's problem like Dyche...

Sounds promising.

More what I like after Michael Beale or Nathan Jones.

Worked under Bielsa at Leeds before moving onto Huddersfield led them to the Play-Offs final but fell to Nottingham Forest.

Moved to Olympiacos but never lasted long before moving back to West Brom and back into the playoffs but falling to Southampton.

Plays a 4-2-3-1 which suits our players and he works well with youth players with West Brom having Tom Fellows thriving under him.

Exciting possibility. His teams play good stuff, he is young and progressive. Only 4 games in but early signs are West Brom will be in around the playoffs like he has done twice already with different clubs.
Would be nice for this club to hire a coach like that, and not just someone who has managed in the prem.

Hasn’t he got like an absurdly high buy out clause? He would come tous when he has the pick of other clubs around a Europe but even if he could we wouldn’t be getting him cheap.

From an article published when he was linked to the RS: "According to the Telegraph, the highly-rated head coach has a release clause of just £12.8 million, dropping to £8.5m in the 2025 summer transfer window." Think his contract is up in 2026 so any compensation payment is dropping. Probably right, as others have said, that other bigger clubs may be in for him but we can hope.

Just the small issue of a buyout reported anywhere from £17-26m.

Mad how people just ignore or are oblivious to the state the club is in.

Well, if you don’t ask you don’t get but I’d agree he does seem to be highly rated
 

Largely depends on the budget for the new guy. Suspect we have more than enough cash to fire this dead duck and his team as they only have <1 season left.

Moshiri - you scoundrel, do the right thing and pay for this. Or else you get nought.
