I'm getting it on desktop using Chrome. If I wait a while it sorts itself out.
When I use the scroll button the bar moves up and down but the page stays still. Only seems to happen on Everton No1 fansite GOT.

There's definitely an issue with the forum.
I've had it for a week or so but as no one was complaining I figured maybe it was just me.
I just can't work out what it is, I think it'll be down to maybe one ad network but could do with something to help our ad agency track it down.

Exactly the same, had for weeks now and definitely related to the pop up advert at the bottom.
Makes the site unusable at times.

It happens to people like me without the popup ad at the bottom - it's not just that ad unit.
The ad agency have confirmed they've been able to replicate the issue on desktop and will update asap.

Had it for a couple of weeks or so only on my mobile.. Seems to be while ads are loading at bottom of screen.
