Ironic considering McCarthy has barely featured and is 4th choice at the club. His investment may be legit but he's definitely a weird guy - he said Ross Barkley had had a medical with Chelsea when apparently he hadn't, he also made some weird comments about 'not turning our backs on our own' and prioritising keeping James McCarthy when the Sissoko deal (fortunately) fell through - something about it didn't quite ring true...
Nah.
The programme will say no more than what's in the Times article mate.
Oh, and unless you're in the US, it's programme ffs.

I'm not trying to mislead anyone mate.
The BBC look to be making the suggestion Usmanov has involvement at Everton. I am giving my opinion the accusations won't stand up but if it were the case it would be good news for the club. People are entitled to a different reading of the evidence, that is my interpretation though.
Ahh ok, from what i have read on here the past day it sounded much like it was a program about us!
^^^ This All DayStorm in a teacup.
Lets run with the idea that Usmanov gifted shares to Moshiri ten years ago, which may well be right. The idea that he did that to allow Moshiri to sell his shares to fund his near 50% purchase of Everton is just daft.
Are they mates ? Yes.
Will Usmanov be able to influence what happens at Everton ? Yes
Is it pushing the boundaries ? Aye, probably.
Will anyone that matters cares ? No.
I dare say the folk that don't want Moshiri here will get some mileage out of it, but they'll just be spouting hot air.
Unless the programme comes up with something far more substantial than what I've read, file me under NEA.
