It will be based around Moshiri receiving a Gift of 200m, which at first sounds dodgy, but then when it is realised it comes from his best mate as a reward for the billions he's made him it doesn't look out of place at all.

If I was a billionaire, and employed a mate who made me even more billions, I'd like to spread the wealth and reward him, 200m to Usmanov is nothing.

Usmanov gave Moshiri 10% of his main holding company, worth well over a billion, the Arsenal shares are insignificant in the grand scheme of things.
I always understood Moshiri as Usmanov’s bag holder. A trusted lieutenant who acts as a risk mitigation for Usmanov. Moshiri has done quite well out of being his accountant.

Usmanov is no Mug, he's given Moshiri what he has for being a trusted friend and great asset to his business empire.

Accountant's don't become Billionares without being the absolute best at what they do, look at the deal he's brokered with Liverpool City Council for the stadium, much better terms than the likes of Arsenal and Spurs got to build theirs.

Alright, whats the new FIFA Accountant 2018 game like?

Has he though?

How do you know?
He's tried his best mate, he brought in Walsh, highly respected and responsible for Leicester's miracle title because of the players he brought to that club for peanuts, he payed through the nose for Koeman, again highly regarded as an up and coming manager, great record against the top 4 while at Soton and his stock in the game at the time was high, it was a coup to get him.

Moshiri has done his best, and he will continue to do so, he is the last person I blame for where we are now.
