Moshiri and Usmanov are running the show, only a matter of time before Usmanov sells up and comes here officially.

I've been a big critic of Bill but he has managed to sell his dream of Everton in a new stadium to the likes Gregg, Earl and Green.
When them deals have collapsed he has managed to find another rich benefactor to achieve his dream and still kept control.
