Panorama to question ownership of Everton

I hope he is not in control any more, but you just can't be sure.

Money talks mate.

While Mosh trusts Bill, then Bill will have the influence, but, eventually, Mosh will totally do his own thing. At the moment, Kenwright is probably Moshiri's comfort blanket, but I suspect that'll change over the next year or two.

I've been a big critic of Bill but he has managed to sell his dream of Everton in a new stadium to the likes Gregg, Earl and Green.

When them deals have collapsed he has managed to find another rich benefactor to achieve his dream and still kept control.

Not sure he went out and found them think it’s more like - Phil green - bill I’m in the [Poor language removed] but don’t worrry I’ve got some blokes interested in making a packet, you can stay in the big seat they are money men, well really it’s a him Usmanov, do you know him???

I’m a dumdass please explain
Appleby are the law firm that registered charges on behalf of BK, JW, JW Ltd, and AA over Blue Heaven Holdings Limited as Escrow agents in respect of the share options still outstanding that could potentially take BHHL's holding from 49.9 to 70+ % of EFC.

Cheers for explaining, something should come out soon

My biggest fear is that they find something wrong and dock points, that may mean championship for us next year (only positive is they screen all matches live on line through some Web streaming service for the whole league .)

To be honest, think the programne will spend more time on the VAT reclaims of 790 mil over the last 6 years for private jets imported to the Isle of Man.
Thing is, if used for business it's legal.

Thing is though, if you take your fear hat off for a moment and look at the facts, what would they dock points for? Acting legally?

Even the article accompanying this states at the end that the PL were satisfied it was all legal, following intense scrutiny.

That. Ownership is scrutinised and so is sponsorship deals. If anything was amiss the PL would have taken action by now and not waited until Panorama told them.

Even the main focus of the programme with all be legal activity by people. Just in the same way big companies incorporate elsewhere and opporate in the UK and pay next to no tax.

I think people expecting this show to be about us will be let down, I reckon they'll spend all of 10 mins max looking at how Usmanov has managed to legally invest by the back door.

Maybe expect tighter restrictions following this?
