Any manager we appoint is a risk, some managers fit clubs others dont.

We could go and get Wenger and he could take us down - every appointment is a risk, prem experience or age doesnt count for anything these days.

Emery has won multiple trophies in competitive leagues and European competitions.

Blanc has also done a good job in France although Emery would be my preferred opton as he has won far more.

I'd rather take the chance on this fella than Silva as I prefer managers who win cups and stuff to those who get relegated or fall apart within six months on the job.

Blanc's record is superb. Amazed nobody in England has given him a chance yet (unless he just can't be bothered coming here of course)

So Emery has won the Europa league multiple times but failed in the CL multiple times. Never made any waves domestically though.... French league is arguably less competitive than Ukraine right now... doesn’t scream risk free PL appointment though

I wouldnt consider it hard, but they dont win it every year.
