Yeah i suspect it will be, but there's deffo something weird going on here atm mate, IF you are going Allardyce way, you would shut down anything suggesting any other manager as it will just create more division against an already hugely unpopular choice

I think you are making the mistake of thinking like a normal person; what you describe is what Everton would do on every day of every year.

@Bungle can you translate please ?

I'm not too sure how trustworthy they are mate, this story appears to suggest that Mourinho and Ibra spend their time kicking themselves?

He will not leave just before a crucial champions league match...as it's very plausible that shaktar will qualify as second in their group...unfortunately

News THE GAME: Paulo Fonseca in advanced negotiations with Everton

The Portuguese coach is close to joining English football.

Paulo Fonseca is very close to becoming Everton coach. According to the GAME, the negotiations between the toffees and the Portuguese coach are very advanced, so the signing of the agreement may be soon, although in the British press the names of Sam Allardyce and Martin O'Neill appear aimed at the formation the city of Liverpool.

It should be remembered that the 44-year-old coach, who is now serving Shakhtar Donetsk second season, had taken an interest in orienting in England.

"All coaches want to work in England and so do I, I have this dream and I believe it can happen, whether or not it will be soon, I do not know, but it's a dream. and we are going to see what will happen. At this moment I am just focused on the work.We want to win again to win everything in Ukraine and be well in the Champions League, "said Paulo Fonseca.

The 44-year-old has no rescission clause, so Everton would have "only" to pay the remainder of their Shakhtar contract, which runs until the end of the season.

How can it be between Allardyce and Fonseca??
It’s like thinking shall I employ the fat barmaid who’s been caught with her hands in the till or J-Lo who is ambitious successful and beautiful.

It's not tho mate sadly lol it's just to say we tried to get others same as they do with players.

Fonseca has a dream... to be in English football. "All coaches want to work in England and so do I, I have this dream and I believe it can happen, whether or not it will be soon, I do not know, but it's a dream. and we are going to see what will happen"

Its almost like he knows we once sung a song like that...

"Fonseca had a dream....."

It couldn't, could it?

The reports are coming out of his home nation, so I would think theirs some substance behind them, and just betting patterns which seem to dictate the rumours over here

Why? Manager of a Ukrainian Premier League who may make the knock out stages of the Champions league or of a Premier League club with a history such as ours... no competition... even without the significantly extra salary he would earn with us. It's where most managers aim to be... the only reason it appears most people aren't interested in us, is because those linked are already managing in the league. The rest are washed up former international managers.
