Totally agree with this. As a non match-going wool I consider myself to be a good few levels below match-going scouse fans

Went to the Palace game at Goodison when Koeman was manager, guy next to me said Cleverley's a class act for about half the game, not sure T-Clev made a good pass or move the entire game really.

I sit in my living room and boo at the TV for most of the game, am I a supporter?

I have huge respect for match going fans (x 10 for those who go away), so I would always defer to them in terms of understanding the game, the performances etc.

I don’t think it matters, we have clueless fans who do both, they probably think their opinion matters more if they go the game though.
