Disagree mate. Flapped at several balls into the box, miscuing a few of them and constantly beaten in the air. Lost that bit of speed he once had too. He looks finished to me and I think he knows it.

He missed that header in the second half only Stek managed to save it. Terrible defending. And the players up there have no clue what to do when chasing the game, he will just hoof it but they are mostly inaccurate.

Jags has never been great in the air mate, but, as you say, has made up for that with his pace, which seems to have gone.

Sad to see and say, but he looks mentally and physically shatterred. If he can get himself back together mentally I reckon the physical side will recover, but he does look like someone who no longer believes in himself.

I love Jags, he gave us all in the semi against ManU last season when he had no right to be on the pitch, but it does look like injuries and time are catching up with him.

Absolutely loved him in his prime, seriously, got great memories of him being absolutely solid at the back. Age has caught up with him though and coupled with poor defensive management from his previous manager and lack of confidence, he's knackered. I really hope Koeman takes him out of the firing line because he needs to just sit it out for a while - before fans totally turn on him.

Just looks done mate sadly, thing is it isn't one thing now, every part of his game looks like it's degraded significantly

Should have let him go to Sunderland in PX for Kone.

As has been mentioned, his legs have gone and that's creating uncertainty in the defence. Needs to be dropped for the Man U game

In hindsight we can say that about Sunderland - but i dont think any of us, including the Manager expected this quick of a decline. He's sadly finished, our last win & clean sheet came with him not in the side. Says everything.

Going through the motions, really doesn't seem to have his heart in it, sadly he appears to be setting an example as captain to the rest of the team.
