Off the pitch as an ambassador to the club definitely. On the pitch as player, in the past certainly but not so much recently just like everyone else. As a captain I though I honestly don't think he's enough of a leader. Some are just natural leaders while some need to be lead and Jagielka just isn't a leader for me.

Just some dodgy post on a fan page, mate.

Probably nothing, but I have noticed that our longer serving squad member, mainly the defenders showing no communication with our new more experienced centre back.

I'm just fascinated to learn how I am personally responsible for a lack of dodgy tackles by the team in recent years, especially as I've supprted Gareth Barry enthusiastically lol
