Pienaar to return?

It will look that way though.

We'll roll into next season down another load of players - Straq, Drenthe, Donovan, Pienaar(?), Saha.

Getting Drenthe could be possible, but knowing us we'll cock it up. But we're still lacking big time rolling into next season as we await a Heitinga/Rodwell sale.

The cynic in me says these loans are just to stay in the premiership ala Moyes' brief.

I truly believe Moyes isn't here for the long term. What does he care if our team's going to be full of 30 something year old past it players and loanees? It wont be his job to sort it out.

Spurs are about 20 years ahead of Everton now , few would admit that like but that's how I see it , on and off the pitch, and it's no shame struggling to make their starting 11, Pienarr would stroll back in this team on any given day, I can't see us signing him back but it would be great if true , and we'd then hopefully get the full Leighton Baines back , Leighton's our best player most weeks still , but there's no doubt if you asked him he'd love the little south African back ASAP, also as the lad above says he could play alongside Fellaini , always wants the ball , always looking for a pass , and had the best assist rate at the club in his last 2 seasons , we couldn't create an omelette at the minute , never mind keep possession for more than 2 passes

Rather not have him back on principal

And if it meant less game time for Rodwel, Barkley, Gueye then no.

Rather we have players already signed to the club or wanting to impress for the club playing than a stop gap of loans with players just looking for fitness

Exactly, if it's a loan and he does well won't 'Arry just want him back again? Fruitless.

I know this is the deal with Landon but at least he's not a drink driving snide.

There's zero loyalty in football fella , if Donavon was a permanent signing and Spurs came in for him offered him more money and the chance playing in the champions league , he'd also jump at the chance , as a fan the sooner you get your head around the loyalty thing it becomes easier to take when players leave for pasture's new, I know this was the case with me anyway
