This is how I feel. We obviously don't know Usmanov's Everton relationship with the Mosh yet it seems likely he may have had a large influence. To what degree who knows! It very well could be we are financially goosed if Uncle Ussie has cut the financial umbilical cord! However, it may also be that Mosh has the ability and desire to spend but is constrained by FFP. I think it's a really interesting subject. Something isn't right though because Mr. Moshiri has hardly been to Goodison for many a month. This makes me think he may have handed over all the important decisions to Billie! Just what is Moz's business strategy for himself regarding Everton and this new stadium? Is he hoping to make a profit or has that ship sailed since the sanctions? Maybe he is holding on till the damn thing is built and then will get rid asap. Would love to see a discussion here regarding all of the above. Maybe it already exists and somebody can kindly link me to it.
