I'll be on the lookout for the Mozzarella Block!

My point about the sauce/dough/peel is from transferring from the worktop to the peel, not just to the oven. My peel is Aluminium. Also a LIDL Middle aisle purchase.
If you can’t get block mozzarella, ready grated is also an alternative that is dryer and more readily available.
 

Taken a risk today with the rain.. But I got some pizza dough out the freezer to use in the pizza oven tonight. Bit of rain wont harm but the kids are pushing for pizzas again. They are phenomenal though!
I'm guessing you aren't in line for Storm Agnes to hit your back garden then?
 
Independant family place near me does some great pizza one of which is their aubergine parmigiana one.
Last time I ordered, they couldn’t do that one, but said they had a ‘Mediterrainia’ with marinated aubergine and courgette and to try that.
Turns out the marinade was full of mint which completely overwhelmed anything else on there.
Disgusting. Owners are Italian too, you would think they know better.
Mint flavoured pizza ffs.
 

I've a feeling it'll be windy but hopefully the cheese on top of your pizza is strong enough to hold its ingredients.

Unless its Pineapple in which case I hope the opening storm scene from Wizard of Oz is recreated in your garden.....you fiend. lol
