Another 90 minutes for Harrison and a great point against title chasing Burnley
I watched a few bits of it , at times he was the deepest midfielder with other mids in front of him but it was such a fluid team formation. What continues to impress me is Armstrong’s energy , it’s not like he’s buzzing about, but he gets from box to box , side to side in an almost languid , deceptive style of movement. To have this much endurance and ability to pace himself through the 90 mins is a standout for someone so young . I know they need him but I hope they’re cautious with the number of 90 mins games he’s playing.

As already mentioned, another 90 minutes for Harrison Armstrong as Derby drew 0-0 at home to Burnley. Cardiff, Luton and Stoke also drew so the Rams remain out of the drop zone on goal difference. He is obviously growing on the Derby Telegraph reporter. 7 out of 10 this time: "More of a physical presence in the midfield who could get on the ball and find composure during those periods when the ball was being hooked here and there by both sides. Got through plenty of work alongside Thompson against quality opponents."

….i highlighted his running power in the recent England Youth international against Portugal as it really surprised me. It was played in extreme heat, yet he was the one who played the full 90 minutes and was still going strong at the end of the game when his team were under the cosh.
Derby must rate him so highly to continually play him in these massive games for the club, he’s clearly handling the pressure.

A quiet day for the loanees. Mason Holgate on the bench for WBA's win against Watford. No game for Blackpool presumably as they were due to play one of the EFL Trophy finalists. Francis Okoronkwo still injured. Billy Crellin missing as Accrington drew.

No, he's been back since the end of January. Getting plenty of minutes and seems to be doing well (though he has neither a goal nor an assist in 24 league games this season).
….Derby must be absolutely gutted with that injury time equaliser, it’s ridiculously tight down there and things don’t seem to be going their way.

I can't wait to see how he looks next season. The lad might actually have it and that would give us more insurance for the front 3. Might even be able to see some time in the midfield 2 from the sound of things at Derby.
