Cannot believe this is even a thread. He's about as far removed from Everton culture and identity as you can possibly be.
So was that set of cowards representing us yesterday. We need dicipline and to get shut of those underperforming. Not saying Allerdyce in that man, but if we lose to Watford on Sunday then the landscape for what the board are looking for may very well start to change.

But that approach is wrong. Moyes disciplined so we need Martinez. Martinez too soft so we get Koeman. And the reaction can go on and on.

You have to hope they hire the best person for the job, not one that some hope will pin the likes of Mirallas against a wall cos he seems not to be trying. In my opinion Allardyce is far removed from the best person for the job.

Don't get me wrong, my top 3 ideal of those avaliable is Tuchel, Silva and Dyche. But there is a distinct posiblity that we could find ourselves in mid Novemeber with less than 10 points on the board and less than 10 goals scored and we are one of the slowest teams in the country.

Been saying this for a month, for the rest of the season only, to (hopefully !!) save us from the drop. New man in the summer. If anyone would of said to me that I'd be suggesting Mr Samuel Allardyce to run the club one day, then i would of cut off my nob n eaten it !!. However, you cut your cloth (and thankfully not ya nob) accordingly, we are knee deep in the brown stuff and require a specialist to sort it. Very, very sad days.

I can imagine him doing this again when Lovren rolls about 15 times

This alone is why we should be getting him in. Absolute lad.
