Just 3 months ago, i was absolutely buzzing watching new signings coming in left right and centre and thinking to myself, wow we seem to be getting somewhere and may even finally have something to get excited about since 1995. If someone had told me then that in 3 months time, you will be in a relegation battle, manager sacked and with Sam Allardyce favourite to become the new Manager i would most definitely have laughed my head off and said go and get fecked, Impossible. But here we are. It is like we have crossed over into some sort of mad bizarre alternative reality or something.

If only we could go back to June. The optimism, the anticipation for the season was something else, the best I've felt being an Evertonian, for a looong time. And now we've gone and proper Evertoned it up. It's like June and July were just an ace dream you don't want to wake up from.

I have to agree with this comment on the red rag.

Our club staying in the Premier League is more important than anything else, and at the moment that has to come first. If Allardyce is a guarantee of that then he has to be considered. When we're back on our feet, if we're back on our feet, then we can start reassessing the situation, and regain our ambitions, but ignore our current predicament at our peril. One bad season is better than an away tie at Burton Albion in the Championship, and if we look at Sunderland, they may drop into the first, as the Championship is a hard league.

It is nearing the full transition becoming geordies. Allardyce as manager confirms our near final transformation into angry, self absorbed, ignorant teds whose agitating becomes the tail that wags the dog - all the way into the final act of relegation.

Haway the blues. You were warned. TERN ROSS. JUST NOT GOOD ENOUGH. SIGN ALL THEM YOUTUBE PLAYERS. LUKAKU ISNT ALL DAT LAD.

This is on YOU.

If Esk says its not happening, I'm straight down the bookies to put some on.

Big Sam Is Ours!!

I cant believe he still posts stating what Everton are going to do like he knows, if he would of said "in my opinion I dont think we will appoint Sam" then ok but to state outright that we wont is just silly, since at this stage we dont know
