You pretty much did right there so I don't think he's lying. You were expressing your dissatisfaction at us winning games and then finishing in mid table as a consequence.

Fair enough, I also want Bobby gone, but I would also be happy if he started to win games.

I want to finish as high as possible, and would still then sack him., where as it looks like you want to finish low so we can sack him.

We need to finish high, because that's what we are supposed to do.

The last 2 years have been poor, and now with us having more money, we need to bring in a better coach/manager, simple really.

Rich teams sack managers after winning cups, that's the way football is.
