We need to start building a dynasty, develop a style and an identity, ask any Arsenal fan and they will tell you that it was time for Wenger to go.

The game has moved on and even great managers like Wenger and Mourinho are being, or are starting to be left behind.

Look what Guardiola is achieving with City and the way he has them playing. We need a manager/coach/tactician who can set us up to compete with the top 5 teams in the PL.

A style of play and a set of players that quickly move from overwhelming attack to solid defence, a mindset and coaching mantra that empowers players to individually make those decisions on the pitch. Only when we have that can we begin to make our mark.

I don’t believe that Wenger is the man to get us to this point in time
 

I don’t think a lot of people realise how much turmoil our club is in at the moment, every level is in complete chaos, which is going to take time to sort out. If Wenger can work with Brands to build a club ethos and a style, then I think 2-3 years of Wenger stability whilst preparing the back room building for the future would be an excelllent move.

I don’t think he’ll come though
