Go and spend 50m on a proven goal scorer, not potential or some one who does a half decent job in the Prem. When your spending more on goalies and centre halves than strikers don’t expect too much.

Con - would probably be out our price range and may want a move to a CL club

Willian Jose:

Pro - strong and can hold the ball up

Con - would cost big money and unproven outside Spain so a risk ala Sandro


Carlos Bacca:

Pro: fast and scores goals

Con: is 32 years old and getting on a bit


Marcus Rashford

Pro: young and can play across the front line

Con: not prolific and unlikely to leave Utd if getting opportunities in the first team


Michy Batshuyai

Pro - young and wouldnt be too expensive

Con - don't know what youll be getting with him, scores 7 in 10 at Dortmund on loan but only 1 in 9 at Valencia currently.

Pro - fast and scores goals

Con - aged 31 and getting on, would also cost a fair whack
