Very dodgy. No surprise to see Kyle Walker involved. Rather not have any Blues contracting it though so if they've made the right call its fine. Fancied a beer and the match tonight though. Darts on instead.

So is City's match v Chelsea off too ? Surely half their squad will be in isolation and unavailable for that game .....
Sunderland have had like 4 games not played so far for similar reasons, I can't imagine City's next game would be on if it's as bad as they're making out?

tests were only prob. done yesterday as they play only 48 hrs ago also
True, but I remember another team, was it Spurs, years ago were forced to play with a weakened side when they had a lot of players ill. How is this any different?

Didn't that cost Spurs a Champions League spot?

Me too. Jet ski or sommet, but 20 years ago Jeez
Watched the doc the other day.She was scuba diving with her 2 kids and surfaced. Saw a speed boat coming towards her and pushed her kids out of the way.Saved their lives and lost her own.Owner of the boat was the owner of a chain of Mexican supermarkets. Made THE DECKHAND take responsibility. He had to pay her family something stupid like $500 BASED ON HIS ANNUAL salary. His family were paid off very well.

OFF TOPIC sorry.

city havnt refused to play, they informed the pl and they cancelled the game

Surprisingly gutted the match is off as I agree with those people saying in the round it probably benefits us. Like probably most of you though I’d built my day around it and was looking forward to seeing what we’d do.

Feel especially sorry for the two thousand with a ticket. Must be gutting.

That City announcement is a bunch of bollocks. "Bad in strong medical advice the Premier League, in consultation with both clubs, have decided to postpone the fixture".

Nobody "consulted" Everton, we were told it was off with no input.

It's my understanding that in spite of the latest outbreak the premier league told city the game still had to go ahead. City then told them they feared for the health and safety of their players and officials, Everton's players and officials and everybody who would be involved in the game. The premier league, probably fearing being sued if they said it had to go ahead, reluctantly agreed to a postponement.
