As a 20+ a season striker replacement for Lukaku? I would take rooney but not to play as lone striker

I really think Javier Hernandez would be a great signing. Him and one other for Lukaku would be good business imo. Time will tell. We might even play two strikers at the same time next season, heaven forbid!

Agree with this.

If we get £60m for Rom, we buy two boss strikers with that, and that's before we spend the promised £100m kitty.

I'm more into proven strikers than potential myself right now..

The Benteke shout isn't as daft as it first sounds.

Basically what I would say. If we get something like £60m for rom, we can buy a more proven striker than those listed by the dawg ... As well as possibly an up and comer.

There's not many in the prem I'd like to be honest. Bony and benteke would not be bad at all imo, I'm just not sure the fans would warm to them. Berahino is the only other possibility for me in the league, but his attitude stinks ... We'd have to look elsewhere imo.

Canada isnt developing much right now but Kyle Larin is tops for us, though as a replacement for Lukaku is illogical and would be the sort of move to keep us in the bottom 10. I would however like to see Larin get a move to a club in the Eredivisie or even a Championship club to see him hopefully establish himself further in Europe.

Buy him, stick him in the U21 squad, have him train with the first team, and play him a bit. Next season could be a beast.

I think we need 2. May not be popular but i think one needs in league experience so Bony or Benteke make sense to me if it can be done without paying stupid money. For the other I would go Janssen or Milik.

Batshuayi and Vietto could be other options.

Hope we stay far away from Berahino.

Well personally I'd like us to go two up top and regardless of manager I want Milik because he's just been really good whenever I've seen him for Ajax and Poland (plus he's left-footed); tall, no slouch and a good finish. I want to say play a "smaller" man off him (Lacazette-esque if not him) but I don't have many suggestions that I can honestly say would be a hit in this league. Still need to see how Tarashaj turns out yet as a CF.
