I would of said its a step down myself what with all spurs big stars rumoured to be wanting out i.e Bale,Modric,VDV and adabayor only on loan to them im 99.9% sure he will stay

They probably leaked the story Moyes was interested, and as they're chucking money around in casinos it wouldn't surprise me they splashed some cash on the bookies to make Moyes favourite for the job.
