Anyone who thinks Moyes won't get Spurs Job is mad. If Arry goes he is a shoe in IMO.

I know the press and twitter is crap, but they can't all be wrong. Think the Moyes out brigade will get what they want.

Or better, what do you expect of our squad?

I expect us to play our best 11 and not persist with players out of position or out of form because our manager has fallen out with the more talented members of the squad. I expect us to pick a formation that suits our players not force players like Beckford into square pegs. I expect young players like Barkley and Vellios to be given time on the pitch if they do well in little cameos. I expect us to play the attacking entertaining football we are capble of from the off, not just once january has passed and our manager has stopped panicking.

And I expect us not to bottle every derby we play and not choke so often in the latter stage of the cups.

Moyes wont walk from Everton. He's an unspiring manager who'll fall flat on his face trying to gee the Spurs prima donnas up.

'Arry goes, he'll be replaced by the newest top manager in the Euros - probably Blanc or someone like that. It's Spurs' style.

Think we'll find out soon enough anyway. Looks like Arry could be out tonight if rumours are true.

At least half of those problems could be solved by the man himself could they not? Also would it not also be possible he sees things we don't due to his or his staffs constant observation of the squad? I'm not saying he couldn't improve selection in my eyes but he's not doing enough to want him gone.

Basically because the moment anyone says Moyes isn't doing the best job possible, you're immediatly asked to name names as to who would do better.

And frankly I'm not glad he's here.

go on then name me someone who could do better? Lol

I don't normally trust all of the rumours but we have been hearing about Harry out, Moyes in for Spurs quit a lot over the last 3-4 months. I believe that Spurs will make Moyes there number one target if Harry gets the boot. My concern is if this were to happen where would we look for a new manager? Who is available that could take our club to the next level with our sell to buy model of business?

It's clear we'd have to take a chance on someone who isn't proven in this league (unless we get incredibly lucky and grab someone with a point to prove like AVB). But Moyes wasn't proven in the league either, sometimes you have to take risks.

The likes of Eddie Howe or Gus Poyet have played some very good football with cheap players in the lower league. Stuart McCall has had a good season up in Scotland and has a connection with the club. All three you'd imagine would jump at a chance to take on a big premier league club.

Stuart Baxter has won leagues in multiple countries and always done a good job, he's managing in South Africa at the moment and would probably relish a chance at a big English club. Egil Olsen, who manages Norway, has a great record at international level and would want to prove his ill fated stint at wimbledon was a fluke. Martin Haarm who was van Gaal's asistant at AZ has talked about making the step up to manager and has a great cv as a coach.

Héctor Cúper, the argentinian who took valencia to two champions league finals, inter to 2nd in serie a and created that boss late 90s mallorca team, has been slumming with the likes of aris, santander and Orduspor of late (none of whom have any budgets to speek of) and you'd expect would like to manage in a big league again. Or Jorge Sampaoli, another argentine whos a disciple of bielsa and is dominating south american club football with a team from chile vastly out financed by the brazilian giants. He's said he'll want to head to europe after the next seson or two and we can offer him a more stable club then he'd find in la liga.

Jacques Santini, who yes bombed at spurs but did wonders at lyon, is unemployed and would again probably jump at an offer for us and I reckon he could do well here. And, this'll get me abuse, but I think with the right staff around him Peter Reid could do a good job. He did really well at sunderland and not bad at Man City. It's just that Leeds job where eveything went to hell. And at least we'll know he cares about the club.

And while Bob Houghton might be a bit past it (he got fired from the Indian national team last year), he was an extraordinary manager in his time and freely available.
