Iwobi played ok but missed at least three opportunities to put players through. He’s much better than he was but he’s still well off matching how much we’ve spent on him. Has the composure of an angry gooseMyko looks horrific and im gonna need more from Iwobi than running.
I misread this title and was going to suggest the ale house or a GP
I think iwobi was poor until lampard gave him a central position. Before that his performances justified the negative comments as it was a considerable amount of game time he was judged on.I've noticed a trend, arguably intensifying, amongst the good posters of GOT to rapidly evaluate new players.
Recent examples that come to mind are Mykolenko, Onana and McNeil. The example of one Alex Iwobi, written off by many (myself included), is perhaps a lesson to us that players can come good.
So, friends, are we too knee jerk? Should we be more generous in allowing players time to bed in, find form or develop?
Yes, it's all gone rather limp. This thread has climaxed far too soon. ??

100%Yes. Everybody should just shut up and watch.
Granted there would be less ro read on here- but there are too many wanting to sound clever and insightful when really they're as clueless as a tory mp trying to sound like a man of the people.

Onana had a ropey 5 mins and he's now gbamin and now Tarkowski is now Michael Keane
It's tedious listening to same negative faeces pour out of people's mouths
