Just hope the players have got enough in the tank to get through today and pit in a performance. Unsure how fit Sandro will be and Rooney, Baines, Williams and Keane have put a he'll of a shift in these early games plus Gylfi is still finding his feet.

Five at the back, had to be done I guess. Davies and Gana midfield, Sigurdsson as a traditional playmaker behind Sandro and Rooney, two attacking wing backs.

It's not too bad considering the injury list, ok it's not ideal but shows the squad is deeper and good to see Davis start and Sandro back.
Is this the first game Sandro and Davis have started together ? Be good to see Siggy also feeding Sandro, still be a great result if we get a point thou

I still think Kenny is a better FB/WB then Holgate but that aside it feels like the right line-up for this game. We are very short on pace.
