This was always inevitable that players would get it so they either had to carry the risk and and not quarantine anyone or they just don’t play the games. Having a policy of hoping no one tests positive but insisting on them isolating for 14 days if they do is just crazy.

Im sure I read somewhere that the WHO recommends 14 day quarantine for the whole team if a player tests positive. If this is the case then football is going against their advice by just isolating positive players
