I don’t see them being at any way the level they were at pre Watford, think if/when it does come back you’ll see a lot of drawn games all over the league while everyone gets back up to speed

They've got Brighton, us, Villa, Palace, Burnley in their remaining games. It'll come quickly.

Exactly 2/3 relegation contenders and two of the teams with us in trying to get into Euro contention when no one has played a game since the middle of March. Teams are going to have injured players back, they aren’t going to have it easy

When we're all on form, they're better than us so conversely when none of us are on form they're still better than us.

I agree, but it’s probably a tall order for them not to reach two wins quickly.

Even if we were to change league positions with the rs now I'd accept the voiding of the league. However, the way its dragging on I fear they'll find a way to finish it somehow.

Better squad means nada if no ones match fit, 1-2 injuries to Salah, Mane or Firmino or their defence and they are goosed

I don't see that at all mate. The fact they want to play to me means they don't know how to resolve the relegation issue, and know they will have legal action from either a bottom 3 or the top 2 in the championship. Finishing the season helps that process. Not finishing the season will just make that even harder.

They are very determined to play it, but there remain many obstacles. I don't think they got enough back from the government yesterday, and if deaths start spiking again, you can forget it. I would say that looks likely.

It's much more likely they find a way to gift Liverpool the league.

Ha ha, yeah he won the Euros with "long grass"rubbers, came from nowhere to win it,dissapeared almost as quickly when everyone sussed him out,I even beat him years later in an inter town league game,he was playing for Leigh or Manchester I can't remember but I won two straight, I suppose I can list beating a former European champion to my modest TT achievements lol lol lol
