Why do people constantly change BAME for Black. The evidence shows that the BAME population are more likely to suffer from deprivation. The evidence also shows that people of all ethnicities who suffer from deprivation are twice as likely to die from COVID-19 as the general population.

Trying to stop blinkered disinformation that is giving the wrong messages about a pandemic that has killed tens of thousands of us. In the last round of Coronavirus funding for local authorities the Tory government abandoned the deprivation weighting.

That means a leafy suburb of affluent people gets the same funding as the authorities that have borne the brunt of the pandemic. Yet you label me as a Tory for pointing out that deprivation and exposure are the key dividers.

Apparently the 'close contact' rules are being within 2m of an infected person for more that 15 minutes. They are just making this up as they go along. I dont remember the social distancing rule having a time limit

That has nothing to do with Football that is the criteria that is used for the NHS track and trace system and is based on advice from SAGE. Even without social distancing the R rate was only between 2 and 3. When you consider that people are usually infectious for around a week yet only pass on the virus to two or three people without social distancing shows that it is pretty hard to pass it on.

Without a sustained period of contact in an enclosed space it is unlikely that the virus will be passed on. That is the thinking behind the 2m for 15 minutes.

Most people are not in close contact sport for a living though.

For the love of god, please dont now try to blag us again by stating the medical advise is to ignore the 2 metre rule and engage in contact sport if you have been in contact with someone who has it.

You should go and get a job with Matt Hancock. He will genuinely appreciate the dangerous nonsense you peddle.
