While on the topic of cancer, don't forget to have an occasional feel of your sack for lumps/bumps. I felt one last year and needed an ultrasound to determine it was only a cyst. A friend I went to school with however was diagnosed with testicular cancer last year. It has a high survival rate if caught early so when you're in the shower, just have a feel.

100% mate, happened to me when I was 20. Found a lump the size of a pea and went to see the doc the next Monday. Had to wait 3 months to see a specialist by which time it was the size of a small walnut and he took it out within days. 32 years on and I'm still here but getting it done early saved me a lot of painful treatment I'm sure. Check your nuts!
