Nice pubWe used to go to the Carnavon Castle after the game. It could get a bit crowded on a Saturday evening and it shuts at 10.30.

Good evening are kid.Nice pub
7 brothers is ace, got their rob burrow tribute beer a while back and was made up when they opened a spot in LiverpoolBetter off hitting Dale Street and thereabouts rather than most other places in Town these days
Denbigh Castle - great pub, always something different going on, usually a good group of Blues in
Lady of Mann - sound, especially with the outdoor bit. Better than Rigbys
Ship & Mitre - good for a period. A starter pub, wouldn't stay there all day/night
The Lion - good atmosphere
If you'd rather be a bit more central/over the other side
Newington Temple - small pub just off Bold Street but always good
The Bridewell - sister pub of the Denbigh (god bless Dom and Fi), courtyard is looooooooovely in the sun
The Merchant - some people don't love it but its a good pub, again a nice outdoor bit
7 Brothers - not a traditional pub but that means its never too busy
The Red Lion by where Santa Chupitos used to be can be hit and miss. Wouldn't totally recommend but can see some crowds liking it
Give the Lisbon a try. Can’t go wrong

Good enough reason for meBeen in like twice, just like that it’s never too crowded
Nit as good as it was.The dispensary round the corner from the bombed out church is a favourite of mine.
Type of place drunk arl fellas come up to you and tell you to get off your phone if you’re into awkward social interactions.
Can’t fault your choices there, The Belvedere changed hands post lockdown so it’s changed a bit but it’s still a good pint.Hoping to visit your fine city again this fall. Absolutely love the place, with all its excellent people, pubs, museums, footie, and even the grittiness (...and I don't mean that as a negative...I've always had a thing for working class towns). When I lived there before for 3 or so months, I stayed up near University of Liverpool; in that area, I used to frequent the Caledonia, The Belvedere Arms, The Fly and Loaf, The Grapes, The Roscoe Head, The Pen Factory, and the Blackburn (for brunch). But so many cool places to explore. I was last there in 2019, so I suspect much has changed.
