If Gbamin is fit he takes Allan's place on the bench. Mina struggles with 3 games a week so would rest him for the weekend. Rondon off the bench at about 70 minutes. I'd start Simms as this was the level of opposition he would have been playing against if we'd loaned him to Blackpool again. Digne needs protecting as he's our only LB we'll get away with Holgate against these but would rather not have play PL opposition. Kenny RB as this his level. Godfrey save for the weekend. Doucoure and Allan can't risk losing either by over working them. Gray as super sub if needed.

Benitez has said Simms isn't ready to start (well, he actually said play). I really don't think we're gonna play Lonergan.

Wouldn't be surprised if we see something like Holgate at RWB and Kenny LWB if Rondon isn't fit enough to start.

I just think if Begovic picks up an injury and we have to play Lonergan in the league would be horrific. It's bad enough he now makes the bench.
