Quitting Alcohol

What is a minx, honestly? We do it 2-3 times a day but he goes to bed by 9. How exciting is that?

Wow 2-3 times a day. That's approximately 1.5 hours a day.

You could make him forsake sugar, lots more energy. If you're a decent cook you can start by using stevia. Intermittent fasting also works wonders for extra energy.

He is extremely attractive, I cannot help it. I'm not worried about calories or weight put on by alcohol, since I workout a lot and we do it a lot. He is also a very good cook since it is a hobby of his. I just seem to have an adverse reaction to alcohol despite finding it refreshing.

I cannot help it. We do it, cuddle a little after and then he is just fast asleepZ

How much do you workout? Forementioned girlfriend was a high level ballerina. 7 days a week 4 hours a day. Excluding all the crazy things like breaking her toes under my radiator. Fun fun. The training was so heavy that from time to she didn't have her period. She also had to be careful to not accumulate high levels of cortisol because then she became fatter (still very skinny but still fat in her eyes). This in turn also affected her digestion, or lack there of. She was extremely flexible though :D

I do a bit. I am in the military and am subject to tests every few months. I have been a combat pilot most of my career but recently have a more cushy job. I still am subject to the same standards and am going back to my regular job soon. Well, a little while longer if I am pregnant.

I am smaller in frame but I put on muscle well so never had to worry about far anywhere. I have a good balance of genes, I guess.

Oh. Well in that case the sooner you're able to do the pregnancy tests et al. the better. To put your mind at rest. If you do end up being pregnant might I recommend the name Romelu.

My fiancé is insisting on it but I highly doubt it. Regardless, Romelu is not a name we'd considered despite our very diverse backgrounds.

Why even try to quit it totally if your alcohol consumption isnt over the top and youre in good health... Occational beverage doesnt do any bad imo.
I couldnt do it cause I absolutely love beer.

So I have recently stopped drinking alcohol altogether and am actually concerned with how hard it is. I never considered any kind of dependence on it because I never thought about drinking. We would enjoy a beer or two while grilling or some wine with dinner which never seemed like a bad thing.

I have recently just stopped with it all and it's been rather hard. No red wine with steak, no beer with a cheeseburger, etc. It scares me a bit. Has anyone gone through this?

I quit in January....had one night where i had to drink in April (as i was on a business trip and with clients)...

Pretty easy to be honest....

Im known as a madman when out drinking as i can go on massive binges....but never drink at home.

Think drinking at home is pointless.
