Why do you think he went to China , “for the project “ ? Like everyone else he went for the dough , so to say money isn’t a driving force in his life seems a bit fanciful
Like someone said earlier, their mates had all gone to Dubai to work as brickies cos the money was ace, they didnt then do a crap job when they came home, they still had pride in their work

Moshiri's interview is embarassing and cringeworthy....."I am the biggest Everton fan" ...... give your bloody head a wobble Farhad.

He knows nothing about Everton , the history and values.

Don’t want to hear it anymore honestly because I’d have more respect if one of them had at least said something after Carlo left but they didn’t. Silence. Phil McNulty was right about Everton, they pat each other in the back with something positive, I find self adulation repulsive personally , when things are not going well they usually go silent. McNulty wasn’t having a go at the charity at all, for people to deliberately twist his words is a disgrace.

You want people there in rough times not going into hiding. They would likely of got stick regardless but you couldn’t take away from at least acknowledging fan shock and disappointment.

With what’s going on here , all that Super League farce, the enthusiasm has drained from me

But after the millions he earned in China, does he now still need the money ?

How many millions do you think he needs mate? He’s set himself, his family and his family’s family up for life already from the money he’s made out of football contracts.
So he went to China for the project then or the money ? Serious question , if the answer is money then you tell me how you reconcile that with your question

interesting that he admitted he is in large part guided by fan sentiment - and this is the first time he has broken with that.

Pathetic by Moshiri, usin his usual channel of Jim White I see.

That interview made me want to vomit. Moshiri is pathetic. He's absolutely clueless about this club and football in general.

This club is finished with that idiot in charge.

Mate Gary Barlow , Jimmy Carr and loads of others including I think Rooney avoided taxes with various iffy schemes . Trump in the US now or Ancelotti in Spain plenty of very very rich people have a desire to be richer , this isn’t really earth shattering news .

Lol
I don’t know why he went to China mate. Maybe the money was just too good to turn down and he needed to get out of Newcastle, so a perfect storm for him.
Doesn’t mean that applies to every job he goes for afterwards does it?
Things can change you know. Not every decision taken in life has to be for exactly the same reason.

Rafael was not my first choice but will back him 100% but he needs to hit the ground running I also think money is not the driving force for him if it was he could have stayed in China. And as for being manager of that lot across the city that was 15 year ago time moves on so onwards and upwards for the toffees
