No there's a right way to do this. It's an appointment the club deems is vital for success - you promote that fact.

You don't just go "our new manager" in an announcement. It's not a B2B/shareeholder-type press release; it's business-to-consumer, you have to sell it.

Worse than any other average manager they could have appointed. Even when he was at his peak this would've been questionable. Now we've got him when no one else wants him.
