That's pretty much it. He works with holistic methods which in most cases take longer to heal injuries, but the notion is your body is healing itself.
I can see good and bad thinking in regards to this method. It's probably not ideal for footballers playing 1 or 2 games per week.
He might be well respected, but over his watch, we've sustained a ridiculous amount of injuries.
Rafael is very good on the injury front at his previous clubs. At Newcastle they were suffering with a lot of injuries before he went there, by the time he had finished they had something like 60% less injuries. Its all down to training methods and having quality physios.
