I know we have injuries blah blah blah but if he can't see that Coleman at right back is done FULL STOP or Iwobi will never improve or impact the game or Rondon should never play for Everton then he may as well start packing up because he'll be done.

Coleman can only play in a 5 because he is too slow, bad technically and a liability now. We moaned about James not defending but he was an attacking midfielder, Coleman can't defend and he is an defender. We are wasting attacking players to help cover his obvious weakness.

Iwobi changes game because when he plays we are essential down a man. He is simply the worst player we could use. He is not interested, he doesn't care for Everton or the ability to start at this level. He will be on loan to some snide Turkish club until his contract (2024 FFS) is up.

Is it a surprise that we have 1 win in 6 and Rondon has featured in every 6 games? He went to China because he was done and we brought him back as backup but he is done at this level. No pace, strength or instinct anymore to play in this league.

We had Simms and Onyango on that bench and they would have done 1000 times better for us but they won't get opportunities if we continue to play duds like Coleman, Rondon and Iwobi.

He's probably what is actually needed for a DoF role. He demands more and wants discipline through the club.

But as a manager, he hasn't got a clue. He's stuck in 2006-09.

Yeah he's very out dated he's wedded to this 4321 and won't change his idea is counter attacks and launching it to the lone striker. He's reminding me of Martinez and Silva in different ways.
