He's bound to have watched games there, some managers go if they are coming up in your next set of fixtures. Having been out of a job and living in the area he would have popped in when he could. Was never bothered about him being ex RS. The appointment didn’t bother me either way although I felt he had underperformed in nearly all the jobs he took after the RS. So far so good though. We haven’t been perfect but we actually look like a football team. There have been times in the last few seasons that the players have looked like 11 strangers. Hopefully we can get a few quality targets through the door and continue to improve.
