Well unless he has some grand plan to get shut of Kenwright and Moshiri then tbh mate Id say no, he isn't the antidote. Our problems start at the top of the club and you could clear the entire 25 man squad tomorrow and it would'nt make any difference imo whilst we still clearly have no obvious structure or plan in place and that all comes from the top of the club, so good luck with that.

Sacking a fitness coach doesn't impress me. He needs to sort out the displays on the pitch.

Would it have really been that hard for them to go for a younger manager who has serious aspirations? This fella is obviously content with what he has done in football, otherwise he would never have went to China.

Yeah, yeah I get it obviously the board have not backed him with money like they did Koeman and a few others but it's clear there's no real upside to having Benitez manage you in 2021. Now if this was 2004 he'd have been perfect.
